Each candidate, individual or team, must download a registration form from
http://www.ealr-gaia.org/registration.pdf, which is to be printed out and filled in and then sent, along with the other documents listed on the registration form, to the competition secretariat. Candidates must ensure that the documents reach the secretariat before the closing date for registration (postponed - see News page !).

The competition organisers will send candidates written confirmation of their registration.
