Registration news
Dear competitors, some of you seems to have some difficulty in assembling your registration file, especially about the bank transfer of the registration fee. Therefore, the registration deadline is postponed to Monday, January, 26th 2004. Until this date, you can send the registration form (http://www.ealr-gaia.org/registration.pdf) and the photocopies of your student card, at least by e-mail (scans of these documents) of by fax (+33 4 74 96 88 71). You must finalise this provisional registration by posting the complete file of registration (together with the registration fee payment) by regular mail. The registration file has to be received before the receipt of the projects. The submission deadline of the first phase projects remains unchanged, February 13th 2004.

News

The competition is open from now on to students from the whole world, without geographical limitations. However, the organisers will support no more than 250€/person the transportation charges for the finalists to the Workshop. The possible steps and expenses for obtaining visas will be in charge of the finalists.
